Course Overview

Coaching can be defined as the art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another person. It is a technique line managers can use to support staff in improving their performance.

Mentoring is a relationship in which a person with more experience or more knowledge in certain areas helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.

This course is focused on developing the skills of the coach or mentor to unlock a person’s potential and maximise their performance.
